- Do not apply the conditioner to your scalp Sleep in a low pony or braids.
- Never go to sleep with wet hair.
- Prevent tangles by thoroughly brushing twice a day.
- Move-Up Extensions every 6-9 weeks CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE EXTENSIONS.
